1. The apartment is rented for a passport.
2. Rent payment is made at installation for the entire stay. Prices may be changed depending on the number of living people. Payment for the order comes after a specified time. With the release of the apartment before the paid time, money is not returned.
3. If you make a deposit for apartment you have chosen it will be reserved for you and anyone else on the same days is proposed. If you cancel the order on your initiative, the deposit is not refundable.
4. You agree to take an apartment in this view, as it was when you have orderd it. All potential destruction of property that occurred during your stay on your wine paid for actual damage.
5. For your convenience, day are not clear as in the hotel, from 12-00 to 12-00, but by appointment.
6. If desired,we provide proof of residence (seal).
7. If we unable to provide the chosen apartment, we guarantee that we will find you another apartment required level for the same price.
